William Harry-Quentin Emmons, born Nov 3, 1995 in Torrance CA. He was diagnosed Autistic in early 2000. This picture was taken in 2006. The reason why he doesn't look pleased, is because I made him get dressed for the picture, and he got it in his head that it meant we were going shopping. When we didn't, he got rather upset.
